EXCHANGES 

If you purchased an item in a certain size but would like a different size, then we allow for an exchange to take place free of charge. Provided the original item is still unworn and in its original packaging.

1) Online process -  Contact us at unseengrail@gmail.com. 

2) In store process - Bring the old item to our store and we will have the exchange completed on that day for you. 

Please note: We only accept exchanges within 7 days from the purchase date.

SNEAKER SALES

All sneaker sales are final. No exchanges are accepted.

REFUNDS

We allow for returns/refunds if the item has a factory defect. Under no other condition do we allow for a refund/return. Due to the nature of our business. If the item is a made to order item, we also don't allow for refunds.
