EXCHANGES

We allow for exchanges to take place if certain conditions are met:

1) Online process (For customers that want to exchange an item without coming into our store) -  Contact us at unseengrail@gmail.com and we will assist you with the process.

2) In store process - Bring the old item to our store and we will have the exchange completed on that day for you. 

PLEASE NOTE: EXCHANGES CAN ONLY TAKE PLACE WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING THE ITEM.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We allow for returns to take place if certain conditions are met:

1) Online process (For customers that want to exchange an item without coming into our store) - Contact us at unseengrail@gmail.com.

2) In store process - Bring the old item to our store and we will have the return sorted on that day for you. 

PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS CAN ONLY TAKE PLACE WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING THE ITEM.

 

PLEASE NOTE: WE DON'T OFFER EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS FOR ANY SNEAKER PURCHASES. SNEAKER PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

Readily available items: If an item is readily available, delivery will take 1-2 working days for all South African customers.

Items that are made on order: These items will take 5-14 working days to be delivered.
