What if the size I order doesn't fit?

EXCHANGES 

If you purchased an item in a certain size and it doesn't fit, then we allow for an exchange to take place. Provided the original item is still unworn and in its original packaging. 

1) Online process -  Contact us at unseengrail@gmail.com. (A fee of R250 will be required for online exchanges)

2) In store process - Bring the old item to our store and we will have the exchange completed on that day for you.  (FREE of charge)

Please note: We only accept exchanges within 7 days from the purchase date.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We only allow for returns/refunds if the item has a factory defect. Under no other condition do we allow for a refund/return. Due to the nature of our business. If the item is a made to order item, we also don't allow for refunds.

2) In store process - Bring the old item to our store and we will have the return sorted on that day for you.
