Returns and refunds

Exchanges

We allow for exchanges to take place if certain conditions are met, such as incorrect sizing or an item defect.

1) Online process (For customers that want to exchange an item without coming into our store) -  Contact us at unseengrail@gmail.com and we will assist you with the process.

2) In store process - Bring the old item to our store and we will have the exchange completed on that day for you. 

PLEASE NOTE: EXCHANGES CAN ONLY TAKE PLACE WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING THE ITEM.

 

Returns and refunds

We allow for returns to take place on the condition that there is a product defect.

2) In store process - Bring the old item to our store and we will have the return sorted on that day for you. 

PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS CAN ONLY TAKE PLACE WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING THE ITEM.

 

PLEASE NOTE: WE DON'T OFFER EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS FOR ANY SNEAKER PURCHASES. SNEAKER PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
