We allow for exchanges if the size you bought does fit correctly.

1) Online process -  Contact us at info@unseengrail.com. 

2) In store process - Bring the old item to our store and we will have the exchange completed on that day for you. 

Please note: We only accept exchanges within 7 days from the purchase date.

REFUNDS

We don't allow for returns/refunds. Unless the item has a defect and we can't replace it.
